"My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday."

"This was a cute little designer cottage. There were little extras that we appreciated. For parking, you have to go down a little alleyway but it's easy to find. The owner is easy to communicate with. We would stay there again as it's close to old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods and Glen Eyrie."

"We really enjoyed our time in Greg's apartment. It was perfect for the two of us. Very comfortable and well supplied.The location was great. Walking distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants and sorry drives to beautiful hikes."

"This place was so comfy. The host has thought of the details a guest might need. Because we were visiting our daughter we didn't test the kitchen but we really enjoyed the sunny and restful space. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We came for a dart tournament. This place was a few miles outside of cripple creek. Great views. "

"The property was very clean and included very comfortable accommodations. The property was peaceful and quiet with the view from the front being a view of the golf course/park. The location was convenient to drive to the mountains for snow activities and for Golden and Denver. The host was knowledgeable and respectful. Really enjoyed our stay."

"We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!"

"Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. "

"This was a great place to stay for planning my brother's wedding rehearsal. All of us had a great time at this location and was close to other activities we had planned. The property manager was also great."
