"Diann was excellent with information and the process of check in. Rooms very clean although we called for room cleaning on our 3rd day since we were going to be out of the room and nobody came. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Beautiful place and we enjoyed our room with a balcony and Mountain View. Thank you! "

"It was a beautiful festive hotel for the holiday season. With nightly Santa visits and dance parties my daughter was more then entertained. The magic game kept her busy. She had a wonderful time and met a lot of new friends for the stay. "

"Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street. "

"This is right on the water! We stayed one night with a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 5 year olds. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. The room was a little dated but had that Rocky Mountain charm. The hosts were very accommodating. We were there in early October and they had Smore kits for families for purchase ($7). There were several fire pits outside to use too! The best park about Eates park is hearing the Elk Bugle when walking out in the morning. A very special place in the...
