"Beautiful property. Friendly helpful staff. Walkable area. Neighborhood dog barks way too much for our liking, but understand hotel can do little about this. Breakfast is excellent. "nothing like what expedia has the property described as . "waterfront" - no where near. "Situated on the boardwalk" no where near. One hand towel provided for 2 people and extra charges advertised for extra towlels/change within 3 days. Needed maintenance. The door had large gaps around, didn't lock properly. Shower curtain was filthy along the bottom. Outside areas run down and needed some cleaning & painting . double the usual nightly rate for Tom Jones concert but really wasn't worth...
