"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"It was nice but extremly hard to find parking and even harder to find the hotel. Staff was great room was clean. But i couldnt find it for 30 minutes and the next night im smoking out front and saw 5 people walk by it, then walk back. This could be avoided with a hotel sign.thats clearly visible and not a small wall plaque. Other than that it was great and id return with the fore knowledge of where it is. "Location near Rossio Sq. was helpful and a Tourist kiosk was available on the Square, not far from the hotel. The room was clean and all was in order, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There were some works being done in the stairwell and a little noisy but good that the property is being upgraded. The common areas/lounge near the rooms were not so inviting but the room cleanliness made up for this. "

We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "

"This is a great hostel where we booked the private room to ourselves. It’s important to know that there is no lift and the check in is up a flight of stairs and your room will likely be more floors above, so it was tricky with our 2 large suitcases and hand luggage but manageable for us. The staff were very friendly and the vibe is really great and homely. We were impressed with our room and the location is very central"
