"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"Enjoyed stay in West Yosemite condo. Slightly rough around the edges from use but very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay including kitchen and 2 full baths. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend."

"I just needed a somewhere to stay at night and this place did the job. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were enough for me. The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me."

"Great place for the 2 of us to stay while in town for Sensorio. Rural feel with a small vineyard in view of our balcony, clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the afternoon sun while having a quiet read on the balcony. Relatively new construction with some handcrafted furniture by the owner. Well lit and cheerful with plenty of windows, a couch and coffee table, coffee maker fridge and microwave. Clean well appointed bathroom. It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)"

"Very nice location inside the gates of Yosemite. It is about 8 miles to Tunnel View, which made it a nice easy early morning drive to try for sunrise photos. Nice hot shower and warm nice bed were welcome changes from the few nights of camping earlier in my trip. Nice deck to relax on and recharge with a coffee while downloading photos from the Firefall in Feb 2025."

"Stayed here for a little over a week during training for a new position. The location is about 20 feet from Highway 280 which made it easy to commute to work only 7 minutes away. It also made it easy to get to nearby amenities like Safeway and Target. The unit was cozy with a large TV, multiple couches, and a large bed. Microwave and coffee maker were included in addition to the stove and oven. The host even allowed me to extend my stay easily when my itinerary changed. 10/10 would recommend."

"We originally chose this area as we were planning a trip down the Pacific Coast Highway past Big Sur. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Pacific Grove area. There were some very nice restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Our accommodations were just right for the location and amenities. The booking and check in process was very easy and the description was bang on. Very pleasant indeed."

"The place was nice but at the beginning they send the instructions for checking in and the self check in late and we didn’t receive it because there was no service and it was frustrating because no one was there to help us, we asked the next day through Vrbo text if we could get help for chaining tiers, they said they were not available, everything went well but we learned good lesson, but the appointment was nice and clean, no stove, they had bbq outside, who wants to use that in snow,...

"We our excited about this vrbo just 7 minutes drive from our Daughter’s house. We actually changed our trip plans to match an availability for this studio apartment and are so glad we did. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to shops on the main street. Street parking was always available and easy access to the separate entry with a key code. "

"We have never stayed in a mobile / tiny home cabin so it was outside our normal. The "cabin" we stayed in was small but functional. There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. "
