We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...

"The Airstream was a lovely place to stay and was clean and well organized. We were , however very glad that our rental car was a jeep since I am not sure a different vehicle could have made it up the “driveway” to the camper from the main road. The “potholes” were terrible. Also, not being able to drink the water required some advance planning to make sure we had enough bottled water on hand. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay in your Airstream!"

We loved coming back to our our space after a day of hiking - making dinner, sitting under the stars, then climbing into a comfy bed. Mike and Di made sure we had all the info we needed and have created a special place. We'd come back in a heartbeat!"

"This stay was a spectacular serene wilderness getaway. The area was clean and the place felt very secure. The site had gorgeous views. It far exceeded expectations and was the perfect spot to explore the national parks. Would highly recommend!! The driveway was a bit narrow and bumpy so vehicles with low clearance should use caution. "

"The steps outside could use some repairs but overall room was comfortable and just on a beautiful mountain. Be aware roads are very windy and narrow to get up there and stop for food before you do. Was great for late night star gazing. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. He lead a couple nights of star gazing and pointed out the Atlas Comet, several satellites and planets. He took a map out for us for Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon and pointed out all the most sees....
