"I was thoroughly impressed with service received. From the moment I made my reservation, I encountered a seamless process that set a positive tone for my visit. The valet parking service was particularly noteworthy, especially considering the challenging weather conditions. I greatly appreciated not having to face the cold and inclement weather while parking my car. My room was impeccably clean and meeting my high expectations. Additionally, I would like to commend the front desk staff for their exemplary service during both check-in and check-out. "Overall my stay was very good. Only complaint was the shuttle service/van. We got in the night before our flight so went over to the airport to print boarding pass and have dinner. The shuttle van was right on time but it was very old and rickety with cold air coming in around the windows and this was during a cold snap and temperature was below freezing. The van overheats on the way to the airport and has to pullover and a new van sent to pick us up. Then when we are ready for pickup we call and told 20 minutes. Over the next hour we call 2 more times and told 10 to 15 more minutes each time. Needless to say very frustrating and cold waiting for shuttle. Hopefully they have replaced the old shuttle van."

"Excellent guest desk services and restaurant staff. Most memorable of the trip is the service provided by wait staff Betty and manage Alex. Betty served every customer with a smile. Even during high volume, Betty did not let that reflect in her face neither her service. Alex was an awesome restaurant manager, he just jumped right in to help support his staff. Love it. "
