"When talking about the hotel and hotel staff, everything was amazing. I was easily accommodated with a hair dryer in minutes. The sweet women at the check in/out desk provided rapid services. Now, as far as valet? TERRIBLE. My boyfriend requested the truck as we were checking out. "I would give 5 stars, if it wasn’t for the fact that the hotel needs an upgrade. However, they take cleaning seriously, and the staff is amazing, caring and attentive, but everything else needs an upgrade. I was under the impression that they’re aware of that and they compensate in other ways. The bathroom is well maintained but everything else looks old, such as carpets, curtains, the woods, the doors, and the AC is very noisy. But the worst part was having to pay $45/night for parking....
