"cold! They did a great job shopping walmart for sheets, but they are cold and thin. Radiators doent heat up enought. Shower drains slow. I told them to fix it. As well as a gate light. Very steep steps. How tub was just what we needed. Definitely come back, but with a space heater"

"First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!"

"Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Only issue was there were only 3 forks (we had 4 people in our reservation), and I would recommend drink coasters since the tables are wooden. Location was great. Mountain view was awesome. Communication impeccable. "

"This home has a great location within walking distance to the stadium and Sloan lake and short drive to Meow Wolf. This would have been a perfect stay, if not for the 3rd bedroom which is a very small converted office on the entry floor, with literally no room for anything but the bed. The half bath is the next floor up and the full bath is 2 floors up from this room. Very comfortable space for 2 couples! "

"I had my graduation party here and it was absolutely perfect for that event! Everyone was raving about how much they loved the house. Having the speaker system and the cooler and the games already there were a huge help, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful!! "

"So glad we found this place. We needed a single level, multi bedroom near downtown Denver to help spouse recover from leg surgery. We stayed almost 2 months and the host was responsive every time something came up. The location was awesome/ so easy to walk around Lodo. It is right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is a really cool space with lots of natural light in the shared areas. Beds were really comfortable...
