"Not sure where to begin, this property is soooo nice. I really enjoyed the back yard even though it was pretty snowy during our stay. It’s clean and we loved all the cool art posters. "We had 9 adults staying in the house for 6 days for my brothers 60th birthday. The house was beautiful and we loved the fact that it was incredibly old, yet nicely remodeled. The neighborhood was nice and transportation (UBER) was always less than 5 minutes away. We walked to Union Station, Coors Field and the Convention Center with ease, and nobody was under 50 years old, so very nice! Local dining was spectacular. House was immaculate. "was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. "
