The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted."
