Wonderful views are as incredible as the home itself. Very - Very spacious! With lost of opportunity for different groups to gather with seperation. "

"Great overall. Grill wasn’t clean and the ovens weren’t either. Hoses that were available, weren’t adequate to fill hot tub. Location was excellent and the views are awesome. We appreciate you sharing your home. "

"Perfect property for large families or multiple families. Easy to access right off I-25 and just a short drive to all the destinations. House was clean and had everything we needed, including a highchair and enough beds for everyone! Neighborhood was very quiet, and the house has the perfect view of the mountains out the rear windows. Highly recommended!"

"Overall nice stay! The size of home satisfied our group size. I was not happy with a room after asking prior to booking if this room was a kid/child room. I was told no. Upon arrival, the queen mattress/bed was on the floor. Adults DO NOT sleep on the floor for a weekend spent paying 1K plus per couple!! Owners need to replace this bed immediately for the price of the home! We found a plate of food in the stove from the previous guest confirming the cleaning fee charged is not being done...

"Low key stay about 20-30 mins from Red Rocks/Morrison. You aren’t able to control the thermostat, just a vent in the bathroom, but the unit stays very cool. The rock/pebble path leading to the property can be a little rough to walk on. The mattress is a little soft, but I sleep on a very firm one so YMMV. Super cozy couch/living room area and outside patio area. Would stay here again!"
