"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. While the sofa bed was a bit firm, the staff quickly provided extra blankets upon request, which made it much more comfortable. I also appreciated that slippers and bathrobes were available upon request, adding a nice touch of comfort. The breakfast was excellent — delicious food with plenty of variety, including tasty coffee...
