"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"This hotel was perfect for what we wanted in Budapest! The rooms were so spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My only downside to the whole hotel was the showers. I don’t know if it was just our room (we weren’t able to move rooms), but it was a pretty pathetic shower. It was stuck right in the corner and the water just dribbled out making it extremely difficult to shower. We dealt with it but was a shame. "

"We were offered a room upgrade on arrival which turned out to be fantastic. The view from the room across the Danube was amazing. The tram stops just 50m from the hotel and lots of dining options are available within a 100m. Breakfast was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
