Stayed in a room for 3 people (twin bed and sofa bed) Beds were really comfortable but we did have to ask for more pillows and the receptionist wasn’t best pleased with this request. The phone in the room didn’t work and was really dirty, so had to go to reception when we noticed the tv aerial wire was not attached to the box and just exposed wire. Silly things like cups for the ‘free tea’ only 2 cups yet the room was set up for 3 people so we had to ask for a third cup. Breakfast was ok but nothing to shout about. We stay again as good location.

The hotel did an excellent job of providing transportation from the airport to the hotel. The room was spacious,neat, and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was most helpful. The price was right for Budapest. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well situated for transport links, less tourist heavy attractions and apart from a pub next door is very quiet. The pub closes at 10 pm so won't keep you up. The rooms are incredibly spacious and very clean, having a fridge is a nice bonus! The staff are friendly, and speak perfect English. The only downsides are the lack of a smoking area, so you have to stand on the street, it would have been nice if they opened the terrace by the restaurant! Because of this, smoke from patrons standing by the front door blows up onto the balconies of some of the rooms, which isn't very pleasant. Breakfast is okay for the price but the hot food was cold.

Spot was okay overall. I did not like the breakfast options and the coffee machine was not working properly. The carpets were old and made the floors look janky. The place needs updating but the rooms were nice. It was far from transportation so we had to take taxis a lot. Overall it was fine.

I'd rather say breakfast was way below expectation as for 4.stars hotel. Poor choice of food. Cold frankfurters, scramble egg(horrible). Really nice staff, very friendly team. Rooms quite nice, comfy beds. Shower screen in our bathroom missing so we were unable to take a propper shower.

The absolute BEST!!!!
We arrived really early for our stay had a horrible adventure & was on 48 HRS no sleep, my reservation couldn’t be found so I was told to wait & they would see about an early check in, we were allowed to enter the parking as I had a reservation, they held our luggage & still next time reservation was not found. After an hour went back up to check in & the next staff was the manager, I explained we had been waiting, no reservation found wanted early check in. The manager was so helpful we decided to cancel my hotels.com reservation & he waited to speak with them so I wouldn’t be charged, he assured me he would take care of me & he did!!! He created new reservation & though still super early he let us check in & had already offered breakfast! The best service ever!! & I looked like a homeless person & not used to this type service when I look like this lol Loved the fitness room, the breakfast was phenomenal!! Staff all super nice & helpful!!
