"Our stay at Carmen and Paola's apartment was simply fantastic. They were very flexible with check in, and allowed us to check in early to drop off luggage. The property was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The location was excellent, only 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and Rialto, yet very quiet. An amazing view over the canal put this place over the top for us. I highly recommend this home for anyone coming to Venezia!"

"I wanted to stay in a palace hotel on a canal and this didn’t disappoint. We stayed in a family suite which was a fantastic size for two adults and two children. Great location with a short walk to St Marks Square. Great restaurants in the area"

"Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. "

"Very nice apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms, one with en-suite bath and the other full bath up the stairs. Very perfectly located for Biennale-goers and around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Venice. Kitchen is fully equipped. No living room to speak of but the kitchen became the center for breakfasts and pre-dinner drinks. Irene, the owner, was super responsive by text and email. Recommended."

"Locanda La Corte is an intimate, friendly characterful property. Our room was beautiful and large with Canal views. Rami, the owner is so hospitable and kind he made us feel so welcome, as did all the staff. We ate dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was the best meal of our stay in Venice. Really really good. Accompanied by Rami on base guitar! Such a wonderful evening. Breakfast is a simple but delicious buffet with the best coffee and hot chocolate. The hotel is in a quiet area but very easy to walk to the Rialto, San Marco etc and the hotel is a 10 min walk from the nearest Vaporetto stop Ospedale. Watch out for mosquitoes. We got bitten even in February- but that’s Venice, not the hotel. We will be back. "
