"A most beautiful building in an old convent. It’s on the quiet side of the river and surrounded by the best family run restaurants that were amazing. Also close to all the sites and shopping. While it may be rated only 2 stars for the lack of amenities it could be 5 star if it was staged right. Loved it!!! "

"The host and property were so friendly and helpful. We loved the room, having AC, and the proximity to all the great historic museums and piazzas we wanted to see in Florence. The breakfast arrangements were a little confusing, but that didn’t take away from the great overall experience. "

The host was helpful and always responded back to me quickly in WhatsApp. The only negative is that the room is on the 2nd floor and the window faces what I believe is a dumpster area. This makes for very loud mornings when trash is being collected. Bring ear plugs. The tickets for breakfast for the cutest little shop around the corner. Very nice!"

"Walking distance from all shops and main city attractions. Very safe. You can hear all the noise from people going in and out since it’s an old structure but very secure and easy to get to everywhere within walking distance. Nice RR and great AC. "

"Lovely room in a great location. The host was perfect and sorted an issue we had right away with great communication. Only issue we had was that the corridor was quite noisy so we could hear other guests check out quite early one morning. I’d still recommend this place despite this. "

"Highly recommend!! This place is so unique and charming but still replete with all comforts. We stayed in the Paper Room - so much thoughtful detail to the decor! Brunella was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, with thorough email responses to my questions even before we arrived. She helped us work through an unexpected train strike and ensured we could still enjoy our trip despite the change in plans. I can’t wait to return to Florence and stay here again! "
