"Amazing room, had a small kitchen and extra blankets. Very cozy! Great view of the Piazza Grande. They offer Chianti wine tastings and truffle products downstairs. Loved my time here, great location for the Christmas markets!"

"It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...

Lovely small pool, refreshing and perfectly maintained. Look out for Sabines home made chocolate cake at breakfast, delicious. If you want something a little special this is the place."
