"Lovely, welcoming hotel in Lugo. My only complaint is that I did not get the apartment room which I paid for in advance. No explanation, refund or apology given. "

"An idyllic place - set in countryside surrounded by a nice garden, and woods, yet close to the village and equidistant to city and coast. Lovely old farm building. Only marred because the main highway is fairly close and a bit noisy. Best bit - fantastic dinner, all home made (I think everything from the bread to the cakes are home made here, special note to the jam!) Breakfast on the patio perfect. If I were being picky I'd mention that the rooms corridor is a bit noisy - as an old building...
