Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man Ausblick über kleinere Lagunen/Seen (mit Fernglas kann man Flamingos beobachten). Zwei Bäder sind gut renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die Betten sind fest. "We were looking for a way to unwind after experiencing the cities of Rome and Florence - this place was perfect. We were able to go into Bologna and enjoy all that the city has to offer and then relax poolside in the afternoon when it was hot. Pamela and Gabriel were wonderful - they had lots of great recommendations and were very accommodating. Great experience all around. One tip: This property is not near many restaurants, so plan accordingly. Our kids loved making pasta and flatbread...

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a quiet location but also very close (a few minutes walk) to great beaches. 15 mins walk to the centre of Lido Adriano and the shops. A short drive to the historic City of Ravenna. Pietro was very helpful and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay."

"leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine...

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
