"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. The staff was very understanding and stayed late so they could check us in. The property has only a few rooms, but the one we got on the ground floor was very large and inviting, with its own library of books.
