"I didn’t receive any upgrades or benefits as Expedia vip member. I cancelled my room which I had booked from May 14 to 17th. Most hotels upgrade you beforehand, I didn’t get one vip amenity. Epic Sana Lisboa is amazing, this one not so much. I will give them one more try to see if they acknowledge EXPEDIA VIP members. If they don’t then won’t stay here anymore "

"This hotel was one of the best ones we already stayed on. Everything was great. The room was super clean, a very good bathroom, the breakfast and hotel restaurant are delicious. The employees are extremely professionals. Recommend for everyone! "
