"Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights initially, traveled outside Lisbon for a few days and returned for a last night before departure home. "We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped.
