"Sadat Spencer has a great home near the garden district for your New Orleans vacation. The house was spacious enough for our 9 party group. Everyone had their own space/room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The outside gate is a nice piece of added security since the neighborhood is still up and coming. "Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans.
