This property is not well kept nor very sanitary overall. From urine on the toilet upon my arrival, multiple dirty towels being provided and the sheets on the bed were not clean. There are many other properties in the area if one is interested. Ultimately, if you choose to stay here just be aware this property does not live up to its name you will be disappointed.

great property ducked off from the hustle and bustle of the french quarter area. the property conditions need to be better though, the elevators were broken and stopping at every floor, the hall way to enter the property was very musky. The beds are super soft and the staff is very courteous.

Everything was great. The only concern was the restaurant within the hotel was very slow, we didn’t get a chance to eat there before the game. Also, there is a strong smell by the front desk that needs to be contained. Both bartenders were the best! Staff and housekeeping were great as well. I really enjoyed my stay! And will be back again.

Everything was AMAZING! Especially Hollis! Everyone was super friendly and so helpful. We were close enough yo walk everywhere we wanted to go. The valet people were also amazing! 10/10!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would also stay here again myself!!

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Our room was nice & appeared to have some recent updates. The hallways, however, definitely needed a vacuum. They were extremely dirty and very dingy looking. Hopefully they will be next on the list of refurbishing.

This morning 12/3 around 10am the young lady in the diner area wasn’t not pleasant at all… she sit us we ask for tea she never came back to check I had to go to her .. and even as we left she Never even said have a good day or nothing!! But other than that everything else was good .

Was a bit dusty so triggered some allergies, my room was near lifts so there was a bit of noise from people outside. Otherwise staff were really friendly and helpful, facilities adequate, convenient location for my needs, bedding was very comfortable.

Nice hotel. I would not pay full price for it but at 100 a day it was fine. Plenty of street and other parking options for a fraction of hotel charges. Few nice restaurants around. Easy walking to French Quarter. Few things needed repair - for example our bath door would not close due to moisture and wood expansion.
