"The rooms were.clean and well appointed. Room on second floor had an offensive smell. However, i relocated to the 5th floor and O was very satisfied with the room and location. You may want to consider putting grab bars into the bath area in room 508."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, it always welcoming in a great location for spending a few days in Nice. Near Train station and Trams and places to eat. Best for beach or town shopping."

Definitely a good stay

"Staff was very helpful, which met my needs a few times. Great location near the train station (5 minute walk). But because of it, street noise from Avenue Thiers may be loud for some if your room faces that direction. It is close to eateries and convenience stores however. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Main sightsee areas to the south and west however takes 15-20 minutes on foot, but it's fun to see the neighborhood and architecture. Definitely a good stay."
