"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."

"A++ location. Perfect spot to walk into the main hub of Nice (shops, restaurants, beach) - all of that is within a five minute walk from this apartment. This is a third floor apartment so expect steps or the tiny elevator. And you are in the hustle and bustle of things so it’s not exactly a quiet place to rest.
