The hotel helps with booking excursions, such as hot air ballooning, and transportation to and from the hotel prior to your visit and all of the staff are friendly and very helpful with anything you may need. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and a great location. And most important the views of the hot air balloons from the hotel patios is breathtaking. The balloons come in so close you feel like you can teach and touch them. I would easily stay at Zara again!!"
