"We had a great time. Zareh was very responsive. Much appreciated! The location and accommodations were as described. Very clean! Loved the beach chairs and cooler. There are a few quirks. The secondary shower is a trickle! It took a bit to get the soap out of your hair! The dishwasher only opens half way as the door hits the fridge. Be prepared not to be able to use the bottom rack fully. There was a swifter mop but no pads to attach. We made due with a broom. I still give 5/5 as the location,...

After spending a few days at Disney, I splurged a bit more on this property than I wanted, but it was worth every penny. You truly cannot beat the immediate pool and beach access and nearly everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Not only is it obvious the owners and housekeepers care about the property, but the renters have also respected everything...

"This year was my third year staying here! Nothing short of paradise. The ocean is only a small walk from the condo. The Condo has everything you need from boogie boards, towels, coolers, etc. The grocery store is right down the road, along with restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub is kept very clean.The kids and adults all had the best time!"

"The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. "Cape Winds is a nice, moderately priced condominium complex that doesn’t have the bustle and noise of most like it. The surrounding area is quiet, not commercialised at all, and easy to navigate. If you want the commercial hype and all the traps it’s just a little way down A1A in Cocoa Beach. Cape Winds unit 304 was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. There were plenty of utensils and all appliances were clean and well-running. The third floor view is great for ocean watching and you can see...
