"The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid."

"Clean! No kids is amazing. Amazing service, someone always came by asking if we wanted food or drinks. It gets difficult to get a chair with an umbrella by the pool after 10 AM. The beach is really wide so your chair is a 20 yard walk from the water. The sea water is clear and warm but lots of sea grass floating around. "The hotel is situation in a nice, quiet marina area. There are multiple restaurants and activities within a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and welcoming. I was able to manage well with only knowing a little Spanish. The staff was patient with me and there was someone on site that could speak English. The drinks and breakfast were delicious. We only had one issue with the hot water being out, but this was fixed rather quickly by the staff. "
