"Just the right size for us 2. Clean and convenient. Stocked with every amenity needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were especially appreciated. M (manager) responded immediately to every inquiry we had. His instructions for check in and out were spot on. We stayed in Princeville several times and this is our favorite property."

Beautiful and peaceful stay

"The property was beautiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even though we didn’t have an ocean view we very much enjoyed our view of the mountains and waterfalls and all the beautiful plants. The beach was a bit of a walk but through beautiful paved tropical paradise. Good snorkeling right off the beach and a closeby beach bar. Great bar/restaurant with awesome views and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location: at Princeville, a nice town. It is great for quiet beaches and snorkelling, not much for shopping. Facility: a resort. Not fancy and just a group of villas as the name indicated. There is a pool and every guest receives a wrist band with electronic key, although I didn't use it. The property is not on the beach and rooms do not have ocean views. Room: The units are good sized and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen look modern. Very comfortable, but not luxurious. Service: the front desk is large and has very good staff. There was no daily maid servoce. We didn't need other services, and not sure about on-site activities. Parking: easy and free, in front of the house. Safety: not gated, but the whole area looks safe. Mostly fellow vacationers."

"What an amazing step back in time! This resort is low key but has everything you need! Shuttle service was easy to setup. Staff treated you like family. No TV and no AC were not a problem. Cool breezes through windows and ample ceiling fans. Kitchen was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!"

"This home was exactly what we were looking for! Cute, clean, private, close to an awesome beach, great hosts, all the amenities we could need! There were a/c units for my daughter who enjoys to cool off, but individual units in the rooms so I could embrace and enjoy the fresh natural air!they had books, beach equipment, a Ukelele, and lesson book, and an outdoor shower for after the beach! The hosts were prompt in responding and very helpful! It is rare that I enjoy staying places longer than a few days but I could have stayed another week as it was so great!"
