"I'd be remiss if I didn't begin by acknowledging the communication and responsiveness of our host/owner. Over the course of nine months, Steve was immediate in his reply to any questions we had concerning the property and our stay. Whether it was related to transportation, massages or tips on snorkeling, the information was immediate and accurate.Upon arrival, we were having some difficulty with our TV. I called Steve first thing and he said he'd have a new 75" smart TV delivered that same day. Not only did he make good on that promise, but he also delivered a brand new refrigerator. The washer and dryer were top notch and brand new. Maintaining a beach property is an impossible task against Mother Nature and the salt air, but Steve's focus on maintaining appliances that typically need replaced regularly is to be commended.The location in terms of its proximity to water and a swimmable beach is unbeatable. You are fifty feet from both. All common areas enjoy this proximity; the views are spectacular from inside. The north shore is by far and away the most beautiful and verdant location in which to stay. A helicopter ride easily confirms this.The kitchen is equipped with anything you would want for meal preparation, making dining in an easy experience with the best views imaginable.A great experience all around!Thank you"

"Nice kitchen setup except non stick pans are shot. Dining table chairs not the best as very tight to get under table. Bedroom up stairs needs fan fixed over by south door. Tried batteries from working fan and still did not come on. Little fridge in that room did not work either. Did not need it but next renters might.Front outdoor furniture needs better pads on the dark wicker chairs. 3/4 inch is worthless. Other 3 chairs fine. Back patio furniture kinda shot especially with no pads. Definitely need to fix or even replace alot of the blinds since there is no ac. Most of ones in upstairs bedroom you have to manually put up and fabricate way to keep them up. Beach equipment great. These are just some things that need address. Overall we enjoyed our stay as we are pretty laidback.Just trying to help for next guests Mahalo "

"Highly recommend a stay for a group—we enjoyed the property with our multi-generational group. We walked down the beach to snorkel and also loved relaxing at the house. Sandy’s Supper Club’s Chef Andy came to the house and cooked an amazing dinner in the great kitchen. A stay. Thank you. "

"If you love crowds, being catered to, loads of screaming kids and tourists, this is not your place. If you crave a slice of local living in a serene, parred down environment with breathtaking views, this will be your jam. Tucked out of the way and secluded at the tip top of the island, you'll feel like part of the North Shore community within days of your arrival. We simply didn't want to leave. Be prepared to do a bit of driving in order to get to certain activities on the island, but it's worth it. We're already planning our next stay..."

"Incredible views from the balcony/ deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean!!! Fantastic location with close proximity to Tunnels Beach, Haena SP, Napali SP, and the town of Hanalei. Beautiful resort property with a restaurant as well as a massage therapist within a 1 minute walk. We had a beachside couples massage that was AMAZING!!!!"
