We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. "If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. Pool is beautiful but this time of year it was a bit too chilly for us to use. Remember San Jose is 1100 m in elevation and I'm a wimp! There were other people...

"I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. "This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me...

"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación muy favorable, cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de la capital, cuenta con piscina y habitaciones con vista a ellas, tiene gym full equipado y restaurante 24/7 con Dennis, así como otros restaurantes dentro del mismo lugar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con todo lo necesario, las camas super cómodas, no hay ruidos lo cual es importante, está en constante remodelación, muy recomendado por el precio. El único tema sería que la habitación tenía una puerta para unirse con la habitación de la par y se puede escuchar ruido durante las noches pero se entiende cuando lo que se busca es quedarse en familia y se necesita de esa manera, no sé si hay habitaciones sin estas puertas. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. En general muy recomendado todo"

Great stay! Like being close to the airport.

"The check in was great. There were two gentlemen that were so accommodating. Made sure we were on a room away from the traffic noise this time. It's next to the airport and highway so we know how it can be. Shuttle service was awesome also. "
