"The location is great, it’s super convenient to take grabs everywhere and the parking makes it easy for car pick up rides. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within a minute walk radius. The staff are friendly but poor communication and understanding. I called down to the restaurant, it took 3 people to order, at the end I just went down. Also it took almost 2 hours to get towels for the room, called 3 times because they didn’t replace any while cleaning. Then there was another incident with...

"The hotel has an amazing pool and beautiful spacious rooms. The fitness centre is fairly limited with just a couple of pieces of equipment and a few free weights. They include a lot of extra perks like 2 free cokes each day, 2 free beers, chips, cookies, and afternoon tea which consists of a coffee or tea and a few light snacks. A daily breakfast buffet was also included. Overall the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, etc....

"Hands down the best resort I have stayed in! The service here is impeccable! I was treated like royalty by all the staff.All needs were met,the amenities were wonderful! They thought of everything! "Construction, dirty sheets, rotting roof, slugs coming out of bathroom drain, mosquitos and no mosquito net, never saw the staff once, no where to put trash, rotting curtains, roof leaked when it rained, toilet was always covered in brown water in the mornings. "
