Sandy Beach Haven is lakefront family vacation home nestled in the best part of Canandaigua Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the Finger Lakes. With a level yard right on the water and a westward sunset view, this premium property is now available for short-term rentals for the first time.

Recently renovated and newly furnished in a comfortable modern lake house style, Sandy Beach Haven is ideal for discerning vacationers and can accommodate 1, 2, or 3 families at once:
- 2 Physical Structures: 1 main house on the water, plus a furnished carriage house across a private drive 20 feet away. Large enough for privacy.
- 8 Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms plus 1 loft in main house, and 2 bedrooms in the carriage house. A total of 10 beds for up to 15 people: 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 fulls, and 3 twins. (Note that some of these are bunkbeds or in the loft, which requires use of stairs.)
- 5 Full Bathrooms: 4 in main house, 1 in the carriage house. Each master suite in the main house has its own full bathroom.

- Beautiful Canandaigua Lake: In the heart of the finger lakes and the perfect launchpad for winery, brewery, and craft distillery tours in the area. Minutes from the family-fun north end of the lake with restaurants, ice cream, and more.
- Walking Distance to CMAC: The Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center is less than 1/2 mile away if you want to catch a show.
- Kayaks Included: Feel free to use our two kayaks if you feel safe doing so (adults only, please), or bring your own kayaks or canoes and carry them right into the water from the yard.
- BYO Boat, or Rent a Boat: Email us for a referral to a boat rental business, and they'll drop it off at your own private dock. Or bring your own boat and use our lift (v-hull or pontoon; up to 5,000 lbs, 24' long, 120" wide)
- Treehouse for the Kids: If you plan to visit with your school-age children, they'll love the little treehouse in the backyard, complete with swing.
- Fully Air Conditioned and Heated: Four-season home ready for use any time of year. Newer forced air A/C keeps everyone comfortable, and natural gas fireplaces and baseboard heat keep you cozy in the winter.
- Flat Screen TVs Roku: Two 55" and two 50" wall-mounted flat-screen televisions with built-in Roku. You can log into your own video streaming accounts if you prefer.

A wonderful retreat
Sandy Beach Haven was the perfect weekend retreat. Snow in the air, two fireplaces to keep the house warm, and tons of windows overlooking the lake made for the perfect weekend to cook, to eat, to read, and to relax and be with family. The property manager was always available by phone or text - helpful, but never intrusive.

Graduation Gathering
Family traveled from all over the East Coast to attend a college graduation ceremony. The house was a perfect location to gather, have meals, hangout. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have come across. The Host was very attentive and even had a card for the graduate. She was very responsive, kind and generous. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We had a wonderful time! The house was well equipped in the kitchen and living areas, and the carriage house was awesome! The layout of the main floor was great for meeting space and the outdoor area was awesome. It was great having a couple kayaks and grilling space.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property was a great location being only a few minutes from town. The grocery store was right there as well as numerous restaurants. This home was exactly as represented. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped with virtually every piece of kitchen you might need, large screen televisions in every room, a beautiful dock and outdoor eating and cooking area. Great family vacation
The property is as advertised. Clean and spacious. The dock is great with stairs to the water. Water is about 4 feet which made it very kid friendly. The floating platform off the dock made a great spot to play or just relax. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and the boat hoist made it very easy to dock the boat. Great property.

We had a weekend family reunion with 13 people staying over. Sandy Beach was as promised, we did bring a blow up bed for a child which fit perfectly in the downstairs bedroom. There were 2very large bedrooms in the main house plus 3 more bedrooms and 2 in the carriage house. I was hoping for more dishes, but we supplemented with paper plates. Lori and her husband were very helpful! Entry and exit were very easy.. we all loved our stay, no complaints whatsoever!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. You were so thoughtful to include an Easter basket of goodies for the kids and bottle of wine for the adults! They had a blast with the activities included in the basket after winding down from a day of kayaking in the gorgeous lake. Your home was so clean, with a well supplied kitchen. We all thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of the spacious rooms, many bathrooms, so much that the kids are already asking to come back next year. Amazing lake house for friends & family get together
The host and the property manager were so kind and generous to accommodate us a day earlier due to the snow storm. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth. The house was exactly what we needed for our get together for a party of 15. We stayed for 10 days and we had everything that we needed in the house. The host was very responsive and kept in touch through out the stay. We would definitely recommend the lake house to friends to enjoy the ambience of the house and around it. Best place on the lake!
Just finished a week holiday in this lakefront, wonderful home. Everything in the listing is exactly what you'll receive. We had eight adults and six grandchildren and all felt very comfortable and plenty of extra room. The carriage house is also well equipped and roomy. You will not find a cleaner rental on such an excellent location. The managers we're great and the neighbors very friendly and informative. We rented a pontoon boat from Seager marine and parked it on the dock, solar powered boat lift. Very handy. We would recommend this rental to everyone! Five stars and then some!!!

Wonderful location and fantastic property manager
We stayed while attending our niece’s graduation from Rochester Institute of Technology. While we were 40 minutes from campus, this place was perfect given it was also a gathering of our whole immediate family. Lori and Jim the property managers were very helpful leading up to our stay. We really wanted to rent a pontoon boat for one if the days but all the websites indicated rentals didn’t start until Memorial Day weekend. They provided us with contact information at a particular marina and we were good to go! Lori also spoke with me ahead of arrival and provided lots of details about the house, its amenities and the local area. They even met us to walk through the house when we checked in. The sunsets are incredible!!!!!! We had a fabulous time!
