"We arrived in town earlier than expected and was able to check in way earlier which is very nice. Staff is friendly to greet us and pool is also nice. We got to enjoy pool and slide to ourselves for about an hour before more people joins in. Room we got has mountain view so its a bonus. Only thing is building is getting it years. Toilet flashing very very slow. Elevator is slow. TV channels were not on right cabel input and has to adjust. But overall we enjoy our time. "

"Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms at an outstanding location. Service and staff were great. Easy access to the bus for skiing and a good restaurant (only ate breakfast though they serve all meals). Definitely would return!"

"The property is older and showing its age, but the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a great place to stay for families and pets. The staff was amazing which made all the difference. We would for sure stay here again. "

"Hotel was immaculately clean and the room furnishings and decor were so lovely. I loved the pour over coffee set in each room. It's a dream for a pour over coffee folks. I usually travel with my own pour over equipment everywhere so this was a bonus. The Good Folks restaurant was to die for. We are from NYC and Good Folks delivered higher culinary experience than NYC's popular restaurants. When your child's 'butter pasta' tastes like a proper main dish quality, you know everything else on the menu is superb. We had fish as main dishes and they didn't disappoint. They were so beautifully presented with sophisticated flavors that truly elevated the dishes. We tried different dishes and we couldn't get enough! We also loved the fact that the restaurant's decor wasn't over the top too formal. Decor was warm and charming. We will travel again to Banff anytime just for Good Folks!"
