"Hotel was great. Water park was a lot of fun. Anyone who says this hotel is rundown is a snob. The hotel was charming and had character. Everything worked in our room and we had multiple pools to visit plus the water park. It wasn’t hot when we visited so it was nice the water was heated at the water park. No need to bring floats or towels. It’s all included. "

"The staff was very accommodating and let us upgrade our room free of charge so that we could have a balcony view. Also allowed early check in and late check out with charge waived, which was so generous and helpful. Will stay here again. "

"5 minutes from airport, super convenient. Restaurant had excellent food and quick service. The front desk offered to have a taxi drop us at the airport since their shuttle starts at 4am and we needed to be at the airport by 3am…on their account at no charge to us. I was shocked to receive such excellent customer service at every turn at this hotel. Will definitely be back and recommend to others as well."
