"Top notch customer service. We stayed at the hotel for its proximity to the Phoenix airport. We had a very early flight and I mindlessly left medication in the fridge of the room we stayed in. I called the hotel from my flight, and the next morning received a call from Nickolas Pratt, who took care of everything necessary for the overnight shipment of my meds home. He provided the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in years. Not only did he call to walk me through the process, but he followed up with confirmation after he personally took the package for shipment. Not only was ALOFT a perfect place to stay prior to our flight, but they followed up with a best in class effort after my stay ended. Cannot recommend a better hotel close to the airport if you are in Phoenix. "
