"Unbelievably lovely staff in this family-run hotel who would do anything to help. Shortly after arrival we were a bit freaked out by the ground floor semi-outdoor bathroom, and asked to be moved. We were moved asap the next morning to an upstairs room with better bathroom, and our luggage moved for us. Reception also booked us a driver and some tickets at reduced cost, and breakfast options are requested the night before, and made to order at a time of your choice. The hotel is more rustic than...

"Very good value for the money. We liked the service, breakfast was good, as well as pool and free bikes. Smaller things we did not like was shower in the bathroom was awkward (tub with no curtain), hard to get right temperature. The location is perhaps inconvenient, with few restaurants around, though it is cheap and easy to get places, including free bikes. You can also now walk across the bridge under construction close by."
