"This is an amazing property in Hoi An! The staff are incredible - they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. And they were always smiling! The river view king suite was undoubtedly the best location with a fantastic view of Old Town. We enjoyed our patio everyday. It is an easy walk over the bridge into Old Town for shopping or dining. Definitely would stay here again."

"This facility provide 2 very small bottles of water per day. but there is 1 big and 2 small extra of bottle water in the fridge which you can use but be aware of the charge, its 4 times the price of what you can get it for, minimum varieties for breakfast for what it's worth. Other then that everything else is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are decent size and clean "

"We spent 10 days in HoiAn and stayed here the entire time. Great, quiet location a short 5 minute walk to the markets of old town. Comfy bed. Beautiful large pool, cool air conditioning and a beautiful breakfast made to order. Tien, Ha, An and Bao are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great place with great people. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it."

It is in a safe, quiet area away from the chaos of the night markets and the pool is a lovely way to unwind at the end of the night. We will be back!"
