"Bonsai Villa is about a 10min walk to the Old Town and we felt safe walking home late in the evening from the Old Town. It’s a family run villa and is a lovely quiet place. The owner is very nice and helpful with all our queries. Lots of large, beautiful bonsai in the garden. Sadly, we have been too busy to utilise the pool, which was very inviting during the hot day."

"We spent 10 days in HoiAn and stayed here the entire time. Great, quiet location a short 5 minute walk to the markets of old town. Comfy bed. Beautiful large pool, cool air conditioning and a beautiful breakfast made to order. Tien, Ha, An and Bao are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great place with great people. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The breakfast is the best thing about this homestay, along with the price. It used to have a quiet and tranquil outlook but a cultural show/theme park has been built opposite and is noisy until about 10. Nice distance from Hoi An old town."

Lovely family, with a lovable scruff of a dog to boot. 10 minute walk to the old town makes this a quirky stay in a residential neighbourhood. Don’t expect to be pampered and be prepared to ask if you need anything. You may also get to know the local gecko community! Overall this was a charming place to visit."

"Great, Villa was great with poor we are group of 8 and luckily occupied the whole villa. Breakfast was cooked freshly in the morning at your desired time at the villa kitchen by the host with several style you can choose when check in. We can also check in earlier’"

"For my trip through Vietnam, I had been staying at $30-$40 hotels, but for Hoi An, I decided to slum it a bit as the price of this hotel was $10. What you pay is what you get. It is run down, not that well maintained, the bed sheets and bath towels smell a little of mildew. This place has potential, the foyer is great, there are some nice views of the old town from there. It is also located right across the bridge from the old town, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowded streets;...

"I adored Windbell Villa, so much so that I am going back next year. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they arranged trips and taxis for me. Really well located about 10 mins walk to the market. Wonderful to go back to after the slightly hectic life in Hoi an. Lovely pool area with papaya trees and other tropical trees. Amaaazing!! The rooms were beautiful with natural wood floors and furniture, can’t wait to go back. Thankyou for everything"
