"The hotel is minutes walking distance from the train station and the view down is idyllic itself looking towards the water. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful asked us if we would like to book our meal in the restaurant and although we were also told when breakfast was, I liked that everything you’d need to know was also on the key ring to your room. "Had a club room in the main building which was huge. Bed was really comfortable. Staff are always very friendly. Ate in the bar which was very good value for money and breakfast was spot on. I’ve stayed here a few times before and recommend getting a room in the main building rather than a courtyard room, if only for the WiFi!"

"I was in a room in the main building the first room had a noisy extractor fan outside so the receptionist kindly moved my to another. This room was far better than any I've stopped in previously warm quiet with a shower and spotlessly clean."

"I stayed in the Rosslea as I was attending a business meeting the next day. Firstly I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues could be an issue. The room itself was adequate but would benefit from a revamp. The tv was ancient but perfectly useable. The bed was 2 pushed together so was a little strange when sleeping. The breakfast was really good and was included with the stay. Overall I had a pleasant stay."
