The property manager Johnny went out of his way to help us in any need that we had. We only should have paid more attention to the fact that the garage is for small cars. Our rental (Dacia Duster) fit very tight. A great experience that included three hikes with incredible views. "

"I stayed at Casa do Gabriel for 8 days and loved every moment I spent on the secluded terrace, sipping wine, taking in the unlimited ocean views, surrounded by hibiscus and frangipani flowers. The house was spotlessly clean and Irina was a very responsive host. It was a great location for hiking and water access, and a world away from the tourist frenzy in Funchal. Highly recommend!"

Vitor assisted us with baggage to and from the rental. Three minute walk uphill from the street parking, as noted in their VRBO ad. Would stay here again "
