"The villa is really lovely. Giacomo our host was extremely kind and helpful. Plenty of room for the 11 of us girls. You have to really have car as getting taxis as we did was a bit of a challenge. There are no supermarkets close by so a car is essential to buy supplies Some of the beds are a little uncomfortable but the rooms are lovely and very spacious Pisa is less than 20 mins and Lucca is very close too. The restaurant Stefani is a must. Thanks Villa Mari for an amazing holiday!"

We were however charged extra for the use of the travel cot, this was not disclosed in the description of the property. "We had an amazing two weeks in Tuscany staying at this villa. We spent a lot of time in the pool during the day since the weather was so hot. The villa is very convenient for exploring Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and other towns in norther Tuscany. Paola and Luca were very responsive and kind. Highly recommended for a family holiday.
