"Amazing location. If you were any closer to the Leaning Tower you’d be sleeping on it! The most fabulous view of the whole piazza. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. No breakfast provided but there is a lovely bakery/coffee shop on the corner two doors down with a view of the tower. If you want to stay somewhere with the best view in Pisa, we highly recommend staying here!"

Early afternoon check in was much appreciated. Basic breakfast and ok coffee included from 3:30am. 5 mins easy walk to the airport security queue. AC wouldn't go below 23c. It switched itself off during the night so it was 27 when we woke up. The fan only worked when the light was on. It was quiet but...

"The apartment is in a 1930s building right next to the beach, with a private gate onto the beachfront. Directly opposite there is an excellent seafood restaurant (Osteria del Mare). Our host Gianfranco met us at the gate and showed us to our parking space, gave us our keys and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked (and made sure we could access the unlimited and fast wifi).
