"We really enjoyed the flat. Enjoyed the inner courtyard and having it on the ground floor. Very close to parking. Making dinners at home is always enjoyable and then walking on the wall to gelato is a highlight. The air con in the bedrooms was great! And having a bathroom on each level is rare. We loved it and hope to stay again next year. Thank you do much! "

Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. "The apartment is in a 1930s building right next to the beach, with a private gate onto the beachfront. Directly opposite there is an excellent seafood restaurant (Osteria del Mare). Our host Gianfranco met us at the gate and showed us to our parking space, gave us our keys and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked (and made sure we could access the unlimited and fast wifi).
