"Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful. "

As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food.
