"This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."

"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"Unbearable without air conditioning during our stay in September. A fan was supplied but difficult to sleep with the noise of the fan. The neighbouring hotel must be all inclusive because we would wake early every morning to the clatter of plates (6am). The resort itself is fantastic and the apartment was nice. Just a nuisance having to check in/out at a different hotel 2 streets down."

"The pool is nice and it is on the beach (sort of). The part of the beach it is on is rocky and very slippery. I saw a fair number of people at the resort on crutches. Parking was terrible there was very little parking near the hotel and the spaces at the hotel were small and difficult to pull into. The room was nice but the bathroom was incredibly small.
