"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. "Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. "We were really looking forward to our stay along the coast in Alcudia. The house does NOT have A/C. There is one small until in the living room - that only cools that one room. It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. "A wonderful villa, good remote location for peace and quiet, and local town only 2 km away for all your shopping needs!! Villa was well equipped, great layout and fantastic air conditioning!! Pool was great and wonderful outside area providing plenty of shade for those hot days!! Would definitely come here again!"

"Lovely outdoor area. However, pool is a little deep for youngsters to play in. Kitchen well equipped but a little dark and would benefit from aircon. All bedrooms with aircon and a good size. Covered car park area accessed at the rear of the villa which we only discovered on arrival. Overall we had a great holiday at this property."
