"At first glance this place wows, but off-season it's just fair. We were quite happy with the size of the room and private patio. Our primary complaints relate to the lack of dining accommodations (one restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service with no menu variation) and unfriendly dining staff. Also, the kinderclub is only available July and August, so if you plan to be there the other 10 months of the year, bring that into account.
