"Had a inconvenience with check in, the room that I had reserved was not available, but on the second day I was move to the right room. But it took two days for the correction. The night of the check in after traveling over 10 hours to arrive at Bogota not only the inconvenience of not having the right room available I was awaken at 11:45 PM by the front desk to come down to the lobby to go over the room bill that I was over charge for the room tax. Their mistake! I suggested that we can fix that...

"You get what you pay for. Correct. Bedsheets were a little stained and general cleanliness wasn't the best. Had to pay for an "Insurance" which I didn't know about and wasn't really explained, but was only 6000COP. The area looks safe and has many food places around."
